These Terms, together with our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, form a binding agreement between you and SeraTV governing your use of the Service.

SeraTV provides subscription access and setup assistance only for content and services the business is legally authorized to distribute. Customers must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Accounts & Devices

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, activation information, and playlist URLs. You agree not to share your access with individuals outside your authorized household.

Device Compatibility

Supported devices are listed in our setup guide and may change over time as app-store policies and platform availability evolve. App availability varies by device, region, and operating system.

5. Subscription, Billing & Payments

Plan duration, price, permitted connections, renewal terms, and delivery timing are shown during checkout. A subscription does not grant rights to redistribute, resell, copy, or publicly share access.

6. Activation & Setup

After your order is processed, you will receive activation information via WhatsApp or email within the time shown at checkout. Follow the setup guide for your device to begin streaming.

7. Acceptable Use

You must use the Service in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited conduct includes redistribution, credential sharing, unlawful activity, and attempts to bypass security or plan controls.

SeraTV may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice, where permitted by law.

8. Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. You may request a refund within the stated guarantee period if you are not satisfied. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation prevents future renewals.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
